Crème Fraîche d'Isigny - 200 ml

Crème fraîche d'Isigny AOP is made exclusively from milk from Bessin and Cotentin.

It comes from authentic, slow, traditional organic maturation (16 to 18 hours), which gives it its beautiful ivory color.

To obtain this designation, the Cream must be made with high quality raw materials, without any preservative treatment.

With its ivory or pale yellow color, characteristic of the richness of the pastures, and its firm and creamy texture, Crème d'Isigny AOP is one of the only French creams to benefit from a Protected Designation of Origin.
