Online Ordering Information for the Holidays


Deadline to place an order: 

-December 18th for delivery or pick-up before Christmas

-December 26th for delivery or collection before New Year's Day

-We are not accepting online orders for delivery or pickup on the following dates: December 25th and 26th, January 1st to 7th.

Available products:

To avoid any issues with these very important holiday orders, we will only be accepting orders for products that we are fairly confident will be available. Wild, exotic, or rarer seafood that is not guaranteed to be available will be available for purchase in-store only. Despite our best efforts, if a product ordered online is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a replacement.

Delivery and Pickup:

The availability displayed on the delivery or pickup calendar on your shopping cart reflects our arrivals and the availability (by date) of each product for delivery to your address or pickup in store. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, nor specify delivery times outside of the time slots displayed on the cart. You will receive an email/SMS with the tracking of your order when it is on its way.

Pick up at Maisonneuve Market:

It is possible to place an order for pick-up at our store at Marché Maisonneuve at no additional cost. However, it is not possible to order our seafood platters, oyster platters, and other prepared dishes for pick-up at Maisonneuve, as these will be prepared fresh at our main store at the time of your order.

To ensure freshness, oyster platters and oyster shucking service are only available for pickup at our main store and for delivery within a restricted distance.
