Our fresh scallops come from the same fishermen's cooperative on the east coast of the United States for over 20 years. Did you know that our scallops are always fresh and dry fishing fresh, that is to say there are no added preservation agent. Most fresh scallops on the market are treated with chemicals to inflate them and to extend the life of the product. In the sea, you are assured of having only fresh scallops caught maximum 36-48hrs before arrival, and without any preservation agent.
We also offer live scallops in the shell on order, and also a range of frozen natural scallops when fresh scallops are not available.
