INGREDIENTS

400 gr. of halibut
4 c.a.s de Coriandre
1 red onion
2 Limes or Lemons
Salt and pepper

 

PREPARATION

  1.  Cut halibut into half an inch pieces.
  2.  Chop coriander and onion and mix with condiments and lime juice.
  3.  Marinate for 10 minutes.
  4.  Suffer.
