INGREDIENTS
1 Fresh Morue Kg
350 gr of flour any use
2 eggs
100 gr of chopped fresh parsley
1 Red Pepper in Brunoise
1 shelled shallot
10 gr of yeast
10 gr of fresh chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
Water (sufficient quantity)
PREPARATION
- Pointed cod, drain and reserve
- Mix the flour with the yeast, salt and pepper, add the eggs and chopped garlic-Add vegetables and herbs and then water.
- Mix until you get a smooth and elastic pate, make small doughnuts and fry.
TIPS
Serve with your favorite salad
You can use salted cod instead and not add salt or simply use a mixture of white fish or even salmon.
