Oil produced by cold extraction from olives harvested by hand at the beginning of november and pressed within 12 hours. Characterised by its fresh olives flavour, this fruity olive oil is full-bodied and decisive aromatic, pleasantly spicy with a slight bitter aftertaste. High level of polyphenols which are excellent for counteracting cellular ageing.
