Wild Striped Bass (NB) Fillet - 500 gr

Our wild Canadian striped bass is sourced from fishermen in the Aboriginal community Mi'kmaq community of Eel Ground, on the Miramachi River in New Brunsqwick. This local sustainably-caught fish is available in spring and fall, times of the year that striped bass swims up and back down the river
Its slightly oily white flesh is prized for its taste and medium firm texture. It is therefore an ideal fish to grill or serve in ceviche!
