This popular Mediterranean fish is known around the world as Sea Bream, which we call Dorado. Lean white flesh, delicate and flaky but full of flavor. A great fish to serve grilled whole, pan seared fillets, or even raw. Sold scraped and gutted, minimum weight 500gr.
