This caviar comes from sturgeon Acipenser gueldenstaedtii. Oscietra sturgeon caviar is defined by its maroon grains with amber nuances that melt in the mouth.

Its marine flavours, slightly iodine, will seduce caviar lovers looking for a product with a long finish.

The caviar box also includes 2 mother-of-pearl tasting spoons. To open the box, use the back of a spoon to pry open. Place the can on a bed of ice to keep the caviar fresh. Caviar is simply eaten with a mother-of-pearl spoon, on blinis with champagne, dry white wine or vodka. Allow 10 to 30 gr per person.
