This caviar comes from the sturgeon Acipenser baeri. Baeri sturgeon caviar is defined by its grain ranging from anthracite grey to brown. It is finely iodized with flavors of butter and fresh nuts. 

Baeri caviar appeals to all palates, especially novices who discover the finesse that this caviar can offer.

The caviar box also includes 2 mother-of-pearl tasting spoons. To open the box, use the back of a spoon to pry open. Place the can on a bed of ice to keep the caviar fresh. Caviar is simply eaten with a mother-of-pearl spoon, on blinis with champagne, dry white wine or vodka. Allow 10 to 30 gr per person.
