This Saturday, January 13th, we welcome the talented chef and fishmonger, Sonia Bichet, for a workshop on seafood platters. Sonia will showcase her method of creating a stunning seafood platter. You will then leave with your platter kit to recreate it in the comfort of your own kitchen following the chef's instructions.

Passionate about fishmongery from a very young age, Sonia Bichet already won her first competition and became the Best Apprentice in France in 2015. In 2020, Sonia was selected for the World Shellfish Championship, which she won in Nice. Her unparalleled expertise in preparing seafood quickly earned her a reputation in Paris. For the past few months, Sonia has embarked on a worldwide tour of fish and seafood, exchanging ideas with the industry's top players.

The workshop will last approximately 30 minutes. Booking a platter allows a maximum of 2 people to attend the workshop, during which Chef Sonia will demonstrate the opening of shellfish and seafood to prepare a spectacular seafood platter!

The generous platter can serve as an appetizer for 2 people or a meal for 1 person and will include:
