Quebec snow crab
Snow crab available online and in stores is live or fresh snow crab cooked during the Quebec Snow Crab season, in the spring of each year for a short period. We have been working for more than 30 years with the best fishermen and processors in Quebec, mainly in Rimouski and Sept-Îles. The size of the crab offered is the largest available: the extra large 3L crab, 10 to 12 ounces per section, or 2L large, 8 to 10 ounces per section.
