Halibut Hot Pot

A healthy and simple recipe to prepare to comfort you!

Portions: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS

2 Halibut steaks of about 300gr each
1/4 lb. clams
2 carrots
1 leek
1 branch of celery
1 turnip
8 potatoes ratte or bell
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
Thyme, bay leaf and dried kombu
2 cups of fish stock

 

PREPARATION

  1.  Wash, peel and cut the vegetables in about 1.5 '' and place in a sauce pan.
  2.  Cover with fish stock, spices and add a little water if necessary.
  3.  Cover and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
  4.  Add halibut steaks on top and cook 15 minutes longer.
  5.  Serve in a deep plate.
