INGREDIENTS

1 L of chicken broth
1 onion
1 carrot
Pepper
Thyme
Laurier
1 tablespoon of honey
50 mL soy sauce
PREPARATION
Let the piece of meat simmered in a hot stove.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Add the chicken broth.
Bake at 280-300 °C for 8-10 hours until the meat detaches.
Reduce the cooking juice to a sirupeuse consistency.
Place the sauce on the meat.
