- Barbecue.
- Place the fillet on the plate, add lemon juice, salt, pepper and butter, and pour over the seaweed (reserve a little, bake for 2 minutes on each side).
- Put the flounder on the board and add green onions and lemon rings to it.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the roast.
- Stir the spinach with the remaining seaweed butter and cook with flounder.
Trick
Spinach can be replaced with fresh wakame because it will be cooked in the same way.
If you don't have a barbecue, stir the flounder and bake in a 350f oven.
