Wakame Oysters Rockefeller

Ingredients

12 large oysters
10 gr of butter
1 chopped shallot
1 clove of garlic
400 gr of fresh wakame

30 gr of butter
30 gr of flour
250 ml milk
100 gr of grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Fry the shallot with the 10gr butter for 3 min then add the wakame and garlic for 2 min (cooked like spinach) and set aside.
  2. Melt the 30 gr of butter and mix with the flour, add the milk gradually, stirring to obtain a béchamel (add the juice of the oysters for more taste)
  3. Add the cheese and mix with the rest.
  4. Top each oyster with an equal amount and place in the oven at 350 F for 3 min, then broil for 1 min.

Tips

Add bacon or pancetta for extra taste!
