Seared Monk Liver

Ingredients

800g Monk liver
1 green lemon (lime)
25g of coriander
10ml Soy Sauce
10 gr sesame seeds
25gr of all purpose flour
5ml of canola oil
Set and pepper

Preparation

  1. Soak the liver in a bowl of cold water all night.
  2. Dry well then sliced and flour and season well.
  3. Heat the skillet with the oil and fry the liver slices 2 to 3 minutes on each side then remove from the heat and deglaze the skillet with the lime and reduce with soy, coriander and sesame seeds and then pour it on the Liver and enjoy hot.
