2 table spoon of olive oil
2 table spoon of chopped cilantro

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees
  2. Marinate the cobia fillets with the spices and the lemon juice for 15 minutes
  3. Cook the fillets in the oven for 10 minutes
